Enquiries and orders
Sending an enquiry does not place an order or commit you to a purchase. There is no online checkout on this website.
Before work starts, we agree the design, materials, quantity, total price, payment arrangements and expected timing with you in writing. Delivery or collection arrangements form part of that agreement. Any later changes need to be agreed too.
Concepts and finished pieces
Concept images and animations explore designs in development. They are not a promise of stock, a finished product or every feature shown. Your agreed specification describes what will actually be supplied.
Printed surfaces, materials and screen colours can differ. We discuss important finish and colour expectations before you approve an order; any variation must still be consistent with what we agreed.
Designs and files
Only share designs, references or files you have permission to use. We assess printability and permitted use before accepting a project. Providing a file does not transfer ownership of it.
Please ask before reproducing KNODD branding, images or designs. Third-party intellectual property remains with its respective owners.
Using the website
Please use the site lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt it, bypass its security or submit harmful material. External websites have their own terms and privacy practices.
We may update these website terms as the site develops. An update does not retrospectively change an existing order agreement.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our ordering and returns page explains how to raise an issue.
