How do I order?
Start with a print enquiry. Tell us the design or collection, quantity and timing. We’ll confirm availability, specifications, pricing and delivery before you commit. This website does not take payments.
Can I customise an existing design?
Yes. We can discuss colour, text, size and small practical changes, subject to the design and available materials. Send a reference link if you have one.
Can you print a file I already have?
Send a link or describe the file in your enquiry. We’ll check printability and permission to produce it before accepting the job. Do not send private files through a public link.
Can I pick up locally?
Ask about pickup in Golden Beach, Victoria 3851. We’ll agree a time and place when your print is confirmed. Market dates are listed through the linked community group; hours are not fixed.
Do you ship around Australia?
Ask for delivery in your enquiry and include your suburb and postcode. Available options, cost and timing will be included in your quote.
How long does printing take?
Timing depends on the design, quantity and current print queue. If you have a deadline, include it in your enquiry so we can confirm whether it is achievable.
Can I buy a KNODD now?
KNODD is in development. The lookbook shows original character concept artwork. Ask about the collection for current progress; prices and availability will be confirmed before orders are accepted.
Are all prints suitable for children?
Suitability depends on the finished design, material and any small parts. Ask for product-specific age and safety information before choosing a print for a child.
What if I have a problem with a print?
Contact the studio with your order details and a description of the problem. A photo can help us understand what happened and work through the next step.
Where do I find care instructions?
Visit Product Care for general guidance and ask for the instructions for your particular print when ordering.
